We understand that purchasing original art online can be daunting. If you would like the opportunity to purchase an original artwork on approval, please contact us to arrange this. You will be required to pay for the artwork. Once you receive it, you will have 7 days to decide if you are happy with it. If you wish to return it within that time, let us know and we will send you a return label and shipping instructions. You will need to repack the artwork exactly as you received it in the same box. Once we receive the artwork and inspect it, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.
Refunds should take no longer than a maximum of 30 days.
If you purchase an original artwork and it arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and take photos of the damage, and packaging and keep all packaging. Email the photos to mariadangeloart@aol.com
